Thank you for participating in Holden Baseball and Softball Program’s first annual Calendar Raffle. We are excited for the opportunity to raise money in support of all of our programs. The money raised will be used to offset the cost of field improvements, family events, awards, and the lighting of Field B at the CRA.

We are encouraging each family to sell 5 calendar raffles, with each entry being $5. Calendars will be distributed with uniforms and can be handed in to coaches for submission. All raffle entries will be accepted until Friday May 26th, as the final collection will take place at the CRA between 7pm and 8pm.
Winners will be selected weekly, announced every Saturday, and posted on the league’s Facebook page. Drawing and payout dates will be posted to the league website for your information. Participants who sell the winning ticket that is drawn on Friday will win one item of their choice from the Holden Baseball and Softball Spirit Wear collection.
Also, be on the lookout for more information, as the program is looking to host a Friends and Family Movie Night Under the Stars.

Drawings:
Drawings of winners will take place every Friday for the previous week.
Drawings are to take place at the CRA with no less than 4 League Members present to ensure validity.

June 23 draws for 17,18,19,20,21,22,23
June 30 draws for 24,25,26,27,28,29,30
Winners/Payout:
Winners will be posted on Saturdays by 12:00pm on the League Facebook page.
Payouts will be available via pickup at the CRA with appropriate identification.
Pay days will be Saturdays between 5pm - 6pm at the CRA
